Leggy Boss/Lift Tech. L Joined: Apr 2013 Posts: 18 Australia	Hi All My customer sent us the above problem which is a letter from Schindler requesting access on site to rectify this issue. Can any one tell me, has there been an accident with the 3300. They will rectify this corrective action free of charge, in the presence of us being there.
