Hello everyone. Just replaced old HPV 900 drive with a new HPV 900 series 2 drive. Set the drive up per manual for closed loop system motor data is entered correctly speed of car etc. When I try to run on inspection brake picks but motor does not turn im reading 50v ac from the leads going to the motor from the drive. Is there a setting I’m missing? Any help is appreciated

The new inputs are on different terminals check to be sure those are correct for the new configuration. Check the encoder as well I replaced these drives on a swift and the plug had to be removed and repinned. You can check the speed command as well on the drive and compare to the swift command as a start.

Did you do an "Auto-Tune"? If not that will need to be done first. The procedure should be in the book that came with the drive.

Sounds like as said above your inputs are probably misconfigured. Sounds like your commanding drive on but not a direction.
