Got a simple 3-stop Smartrise Hydro but can’t set 1st landing floor level. Second & 3rd landing are fine. Have moved the vane so floor level is in the middle sill-to-sill and relearned the hoist way. Have changed Up/Down stop points but no matter what I set them to, the car always stops at T-0, about 2 inches above the floor. Any ideas? Smartrise has been unable to come up with the fix so far. Thanks

Is this the old (V2) or the new C4 hydraulic controller?

Were you able to figure out the issue?
I know they have an interface board between the landing system and controller which is supposed to save the location of down NTS point. I think it is called CEDES INTERFACE BOARD. We have had an issue with that and it loses the position after each power cycle. The solution was to replace the whole controller. Smartrise was not able to solve our problem either,

If you go into setup, floor levels and up and down stop points, set your up stop point to b+1 and set your down stop point to t-6 just to start out then adjust floor level accordingly
