Elevator shuts down after a few runs, first fault 82 followed by fault 15. Any help would be much appreciated or manuals.

Door zone issue. Check the punched tape is clean and that all the door zone flags are at the right location. Also make sure the tape is riding correctly inside the bar reader. Make sure the bar reader is also clean. If still getting those faults then order a new bar reader.

Update - k487 stays high all the time, never changes state. K443:1 and 443:2 never change state either, always off. Assuming k3 relay contact never changes. Is there anyway to test k3 and k4 relays/contacts? If i see the led changing state for dz on the bar reader and on the controller should i assume the bar reader is good?

Is DZ changing in MR? Light should flicker. If not check traveller otherwise I'd start with an Adon board. Sometimes if you give a few good taps on the relays and they start to function you know its Adon.

Yes Up, light changes state in machine room, ordering adon board tomorrow. Never changed one before, anything special involved?

It's very common for the K relays to burn up/go bad. You can also take the ADON board and send it to access electronics in Waldorf Maryland and they can replace all the K relays on the board.

Alright, now getting a 198 fault. Redid Adon learn and ran continuously for 2 hours with no faults. Shuts down after leaving site. Have a 203 fault as well after power reset. Could issue be with board still?

Yes both point to channel 1. Is it a repaired or new board?

Repaired board on exchange. What’s the difference between adon 2 and adon 3?

Usually just components for reliability. Try extending the learn past the stop command. Ignore stop and hold the run until done
