Hello all. Im having an issue with a TAC 32 intermittenly throwing a 2036 IGBT fault. The door motor w/encoder and door board have been replaced. The doors are free not in a bind, checked all the wiring terminations, secured all the grounds. It will run fine for 45 minutes to an hour then faults out. Its happened during doors opening, doors closing, and also when staionary at a landing with no door demand. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What is the part number of the board and what size motor?

Are you transferring the parameters over through IMS or loading defaults and adjusting?

The door board (6300PA6) p/n 98023877
Door Motor (1/6 HP) p/n 9817920 Currently on back order. Had a spare used board.
Yes, we tried both transfering through IMS, loading defaults, and comparing to an identical unit. Still same issue. Possible next step CWIL board?
