The print I have doesn't have ops in a circuit. Although it sounds like you have the answers in front of you. May I suggest you place the car on inspection and move the car where you can observe the operator and manually open the doors. Turn off the power. Manually open and close the doors. Ring out the contacts with continuity. Then ring them back to the controller. You will likely find which cams are A, B, C, and D. And maybe why op isn't picking up.
