Plugged tool into tac 32 this morning and then elevator wouldn't run from uit. Status readout says init shdn. This is accompanied with Codes 1083 and 1014. 1014 says non volatile memory lost replace cpu. I did a restore with unit from under restore s/w from backup upstairs. Anyone run into this.

What did you plug into it? Do not use the USB type B on a CPUA! Sometimes it’s fine but other times something terrible can happen like this or taking out a whole group of elevators in a high rise. There’s some kind of grounding problem on the CPUA card. Oh and usually an NV RAM error can be fixed with a GET command.
