If you run into a problem getting an AST fault (anti stall or motor limit timer) in the up or down direction (yes the down also), it's the float in the tank isn't closing on the main fire service floor, whether it be 1 or 14, doesn't matter what floor it is. The main fire floor, the one with the keyswitch.
Had an inverted jack blow out a seal, lost 15-20 gallons of oil, damn thing would run 1 trip and shut down at the bottom floor (fire landing) as soon as it hit the door open limit.
