I have a Waupaca Paca-Lift unit that basically won't do anything. I initially changed out the gate operator board as it had gone bad. Once everything was adjusted, I checked operation of the unit and the gate. Everything was working perfect and i left. Later that afternoon the owner called to tell me it was down. I was thinking it would be something with the gate and maybe needed some more adjusting, but when I got there the unit is on the final. I could get it to run up with the remote, but when I tried calling it to any floor it would get stuck between 1 and 2 in the same spot every time. It's not hitting any switches or magnets or anything like that where it stops so I'm unsure why it's stopping there. It seems like its lost, but i cant get it to find itself again. Of course we are not a Waupaca, or now I guess its Fox Valley Elevator, dealer so they will not help us with this issue. Has anyone experienced an issue like this with these units or have any technical information on these units. I have some limited information from the job and other records we had, but anything else would help. Thanks!
