You can use the front pc board of the old drive and replace the new one on the new drive, then you should have functionality to do zero position , dc link test etc
Even with cadi you cant do zero position test if you have software below v2.0
Ive done this mission already
Or if you can see the drive with cadi , get the tr position under drive parameters, drive settings TR and copy it to the new drive.

If you change out the tacho then you cant do that
