Hello brothers,
I just got placed with a mechanic who has a variety of Otis E411 units on his route (almost his entire route). I would appreciate any manuals or fault lists, any information really on this equipment. Trying to study up so I can be more of a help.
Particularly today we are having issues with the SPPT (the 2 green lights blink upon restoring power, and then go out) and we have almost no literature on it.
Any manuals, troubleshooting guides, fault list, any information at all would be greatly appreciated.
