I've got a Smartrise traction giving me A9 & A10 alarms. It is a tapeless landing system. One of a 3 car group and the only one doing this. Not sure what is causing this but look for suggestions. I don't have mechanical limit switches, so 00-017.3 is set to YES (ON) and it is the same on the other 2 cars that are not having issues. See attached photo
Thanks

Hi,

To get detailed information on a particular fault or alarm, move the cursor next to
that fault (A9 A10) and press the ENTER button.
Check the state of DET/UET and whether it switches.
Check the electrical function and distance to the magnets

s. for more Infos from smartrise

Your DET and UET sensors are latching. Could be a failing sensor. I would immediately order and replace the cigar sensors, could be the problem, either way need to rule those out. Double check magnet gaps and make sure there's not enough play in guides that car can miss a magnet
