I have a TAC 32 that just randomly has a 2802 - NP bottom terminal slowdown active, fault and I am trying to fix the issue. New to these tac 32 units any help would be awesome. Whe. Unit is sitting at 1st floor ( lowest level ) motor just turns on and runs without moving, doesn't activate up inputs from valve just runs with no movement. You push hall call button doors open it runs to all floors just fine only issue is when it's stopped at 1st floor for a few seconds motor kicks on and doesn't move stays running till interrupted by a call.

That’s Viscosity, heating up the oil. Probably not related to your 2802 fault. For that you should check your down NTS magnets on the back of the tape and P18 are set correctly for your rated down speed.
