Got a 4-Stop Hydro that if I put in a multiple call from the basement the car will stop at the Lobby but won’t open the doors. No DO signal. A 1 floor run from basement to lobby is fine and in the down direction a multiple floor call works fine including the lobby. Tried DIP A1 reset still the same. Any ideas on what to check?
