Is FSH2 high in IMS? That’s the monitor for the phase 1 switch off position. If it’s not try TECCR, TECF, TECR, TECC if still no, make sure you’re teaching the right direction for how the riser is actually wired, change with TECB, then do the TECCR, TECF, TECR, TECC. If the teach is failing at any particular HN/HNB you’ll need to address the bad HN first.
