wltr00 enthusiast W Joined: May 2015 Posts: 359	Have a Smartrise V3 Hydro 2-stop with a F225 SFH fault. Smartrise has sent new SW and new SRU boards and problem still persists. Not getting any resolution with SR. Any seen this fault before and know how to fix?

If I remember correctly, SFH stands for the safety of the hoistway, and it could be caused by a bad relay on the CXN board. V3 has been a disaster; they attempted to patch the same old V2 to make it compliant with the code, but that has turned it into a nightmare! But still much better than the C4!!
