Hi All, we've got a duplex problem, the problem is that lift A does not answer any hall calls, unless the lift B is switched off. No errors reported.

(Schindler had removed the chip card from Lift A. We've bought a new replacement from china). The SIM card has the duplex feature programmed.

Has anyone encountered these issues? Or know if it's a grouping cable issue or parameter problem?

Program each car hall calls separate do A unplug B then reverse

Actually happend to be that the chip card that we got from China did not have the duplex flag set. So that was the problem. We got another chip card and it works well now. Thanks.
