Hello Everyone, Happy New Year. It is my first time posting here, I hope we can help each other.
So we Encounter Fault code 1101 (LCE can't see car Top cross connection board) and upon checking MAP Car Comm Ok LED is Off, The elevator can be driven manually on the MAP but not on inspection mode inside the shaft, could someone enlighten me what supposed to be our problem? it is a duplex elevator.

POSSIBLE REASONS
Wiring mistake. Fuse from Power supply burnt. Board broken. LCEOPT or car LON network broken.
PREFERRED ACTIONS
Check in LON network (end jumpers for LCEOPT, End jumpers for LON Nodes)

I would Replace power supply under CCBN board first. Could be dipping and losing voltage that feeds CCBN. Lower rise cars may not have a power supply. If that is the case possible traveler wires 24+ from CPU. Possible bad CCBN but I would start with power supply,

Thank you for all you insights, So here in another update, yes the elevator is low rise only, it uses just CCBE, I have checked the instruction on the manual and by disconnecting XB18 from CCB, Car Communication Ok LED light up and inspection mode, photocell and close force limiter led turned off, but the XB18 was connected to LCE ALM that is connected to alarm and COP, checked all the wirings and boards on COP all is normal, tried replacing CCB from its working duplex elevator still the same error, checked also the travelling cable +24 v getting 27v same as to working elevator. we can manually drive the elevator on RDF but not on Inspection mode

The problem might occur for COP board/button (F2KMUL or COB), because the XB18 goes to COP for car call and display.
