Is this a known issue with these controllers? I have a few jobs that require the RAM to be cleared to reset the car off fire service.

I have had a bank of 411s have that issue where you have to do M-1-5-1 to clear ram to reset fire service. I think we ended up replacing the key switch but I don't remember if that was the culprit cuz it was so long ago
