For those of you who which to mod cable driven MRLs. There's great news. Vantage just released a kit to do so. It's most suited for KONE and XIZI UN Victor type machine upgrades.
For those who wanna try and knock KONE out of the park with a MonoSpace buster. This might me just what you need.

Pros:
Uses standard ECO1313 encoder (Magnetek and KEB supported).
Stand Alone (non-proprietary).
Direct replacement for EcoDisc and UN Victor machines.
Can be used to build generic MRLs w/shaft dimensions identical to KONE and XIZI.

Cons:
Max cab capacity 1.1tonnes (1.25 US tons).
