Hey guys... I am a loss investigator for an insurance company doing a review of some operational issues with a DOVER DMC 3 stop elevator.
The building where it is installed experienced a commercial power surge which blew out the power regulation circuitry on the CLC board (Pics attached)...
The service company came out and replaced several boards in an effort to repair the lift. They also changed out the power supply. The lift works fine in manual inspection mode, but when switched to automatic, it blows the F1 fuse almost immediately when engaged to move up...
The service company is at the end of their efforts to repair it claiming that they cannot solve the problem. The lift is located in West Columbia SC and I am looking for a tech that would be willing to travel there and attempt the repair.
