Replaced a hall board on the 3rd floor and fixed the problem but the hall board now won’t latch a call. Is there some programming that needs to be done to the replacement board for it to work? Thanks

Make sure you reset the controller after changing the board so it scans for the new node. Sometimes you may need to drain the CAP on cpu. I assume you have it addressed correctly via the S4 switch on board. Check power supply for 24-25vdc. You can also do a pin test for the Lon network at controller to make sure it sees the board in the network.
Now a question for you haha… how the heck did you get a HPBHNA board!!? I can’t find them anywhere
