pretty sure Waupaca went out of business. the support for residential units is generally fine as long as you are a dealer and they are still in business. the big 4 are the same, just if you work or a large company they usually have in house information on their competitors products. leaving a basic print is allowed per code, kone and the big non-union manufacturer in my area are famous for it. residential units don't need to be inspected in my area either so nothing is enforced/required. I would inform the customer they need to buy prints if available.
