Smart rise startup cannot get a E- stop to go away SFM relay out Have SFM input high relay not energized fault contactor not up. Have CUP high when trying to run waiting for call back can not get SM output on vale board to fire thanks in advance.

Did you try just jumping out the stop switch? Also sometimes the fixture company doesn't wire the fireman's service panel stop switch in the cop.

Is this a v2? if so the earlier version had sf1,sf2 relays off board location and they are prone to issues have you tried tightening the terminals for these relays? I have a similar issue before was loose wire at base of those relays. also are you getting any faults when its trying to run? or stored faults. Also there is a input/output menu check to make sure its matching up. I have had to remap input/outputs on board if available terminals allow, they do go bad and the led on the board on/off state can be wrong been through that headache lol. Hope this helps.

So this is a c4 controller engineer and finally got back to me there was no wiring issues the problem was apparently there's some type of bug in the software you have to turn it off of construction mode then back on construction mode and the fault clears also seems to reappear when we power down and power back up but at least we're up and running thanks for the quick replies

Yeah If you don't have the c4 programming tool you should get it you will most likely need it in the future as. I had to do multiple software upgrades to c4's in past because of bugs in software.
