I have a Otis MRQ Traction that displays COL/CRF in the Blue Tool. The CRF toggles with IDL and the elevator cab has the nudging/PH.1 buzzer sounding intermittently. I can't run the car on inspection and no-fault LEDs (vertical stack of LEDS) are on at the drive. the "Down", "Brake" and several relays including U/D pick and then drop repeatedly. Any insight greatly appreciated.

COL sounds like it has something to do with Earthquake seismic operation, i.e. COLision.

Is this a job in California or elsewhere where this might be the case? If so, could it be a problem with the “ring on the string” ?
