I have a DMC not able to connect in controller,to top of car,or machine room have CLC watch dog going on an off ,also was able to connect intermittently but with car on inspection for some reason, we had D1 connector top left on CLC power feed break apart when removing ordered new connector and also new CLC currently no watch dog at all but have 5.1 VDC to back of connentor seems like we have power there but not sure if it's getting thru .today going to troubleshoot more any info appreciated.

Check power at P24C in COP, if no 24v there your power supply switch is bad. If no power at p24C you won't get clc comms. If it's missing jump p24 to p24c in cop then continue troubleshooting

Is your new CLC a BP4 but the original is not? In this case the old software would not be compatible and you wouldn’t get a WD. All that’s needed to get the WD is a good CLC with good, compatible software and good 5vdc to the board. Ideally 5.1vdc and less than 5mv of AC.

You really have to use the right tool to punch down the wires into that MTA-156 connector. There’s a cheap one that’s just a die on a piece of plastic.

So I'll have to check on that compatibility not sure if current board is BP4 also changed out power supply I do have 5.1 to lcc11 and have it thru connector.although only 2.5 VDC top right side of board from 5vdc- to + side of cap next and no voltage down on left 5vdc- to + cap down there not sure what this means.currenty from pulling chips one pin broke off so it off to repair shop and check software issues.thank for all the input I'll reply when we get back to it ,now it's off to GALAXY problems!!!lol

So back on job with repaired CLC board installed was able to connect entered door parameters and saved no issue still need learn trip and door scan. Getting this CHS CLC fault under status it says car homing shutdown don't know how to clear that I think it's an option looking into it also when I try to run on inspection car runs up a few inches immediately levels back down I get a 020 CLC fault says slow down signal cannot be cleared defective CLC to effective selector of microchip harness wiring problem. Maybe it's related to this CHS anyone ever see this?

I’m not sure about CHS but it’s pretty strange that the car would level back in on inspection. I would guess maybe it doesn’t know it’s on inspection, like IN relay still picked, CLC Status should say IN when on inspection. Or it knows it’s on inspection but the LE output is shorted.

Yes weird that it levels back down it dose have IN on CLC status not sure at the time of relevel down but at lease I'm connecting the CHS car homing shutdown is still mystery talking to engineer yesterday said he'd seen that but didn't elaborate. The 02-003 fault maybe like u said is output shorted but where the selector board? Not sure.also they gave me a different CLC with new software they want to go back to old CLC with new software before sending out selector board which is fine with me but customer needs car and is getting little aggravated but car is like 38 years old time for a mod.

LE output is on the CLC. You’d have 24vdc at LE on the relay board in the machine room T11-10. You’d pretty much need 24vdc there for the car to level CHS is on the expansion board. Does your car have one?

So no expansion boards ,will have to look for this 24v to confirm,went back today tried two additional selector boards now kicking out fault 005 pulled selector card and main sensor card (micro chip card) plan to send out for troubleshoot and repair
