The black Otis tool doesn't do as much as the blue. The blue is an adjusters tool and the black was what they gave some of the service guys here so they couldn't change to many parameters. Also if you're getting DTC and or dto faults check for instructions first then check the motor. You can take the plastic part off and then pop the belt off so you can move the doors freely by themselves then spin the motor by hand to see if you have any noise or binding.
