No, that is not right. That’s the problem. Sounds like a wiring problem in the inspection circuit like INU is connected to INB. Could be wires shorted together in the traveler or just a major mistake replacing parts of the car top inspection station. You can run these on machine room inspection by pulling the INB wire then touching the wire with 24v on it to INU for up and IND for down. That would be a good way to isolate the problem a bit. If it still does it, 24v is connecting to IN, if it doesn’t do it, 24v is connecting to INB.
