Is it failing the hoistway scan or do you end up with floor heights in SEL PAR 1,2,3, etc. Have you ran the length of the hoistway on inspection watching the slowdown IOs to make sure they’re right? I’ve never seen the CHS thing. Does it have an expansion board? Maybe try disconnecting it if it’s not used for anything else. Do your software chips say SP on them for special? Maybe you could try using a standard version software.
