I am working on a otis gen2.
The door open button is stuck on preventing the door from closing. Plug it out but still not closing. Sensor lights operating ok.what could be the cause?

Is the OCSS DOB input high? Is there an auxiliary COP or is it the phase 2 panel door open button?

By SVT see menu M1312 DSDOB & M132 io 1097 if are set properly or no.
