Use the 25 pin rs485 connector in the controller and click multidrop. Sometimes I have to cycle power and then I get my light bulbs to come up om IMS. Mine has tall floors so if it gets stuck between it's impossible to get to the COP plus it a pain in the arse to take off and on.
