Good day.

We replace a v3f16 to a kdl16s.
The lift is moving on rdf but we keep getting fault 105 subcode 3057.

Which all connections from the drive xt1 to the motor is connected.

Please help

Sorry we getting fault 104 subcode 3057.

Check the xt1 connection for NTC or PTC, you can also swap for testing purposes.

Motor thermistor, make sure it’s plugged in and connection is tight and definitely check motor fan on back side of machine.

Also check 6-67 parameter and make sure the value is 100 (if using NTC sensor)

If the fan works and connections are correct and the motor is cool the thermistor could be defective. I’ve seen it done but don’t recommend it but you can but a resistor on the terminals to fake it out)
