We took over a bulk contract and one of the included units was a recently constructed 2018 Tac32 Endura MRL. Since coming on my route I have been struggling with various faults but the main ones that seem to keep coming back consistently are:

1673 - UPS problem caused Non-Emerg Shutdown
1695 - No UCA board comm

The other faults I am sporadically encountering are as follows:

1732 - Controller lost comm with UCA (Same as 1695?)
2822 - NP TSRCPUM went out during safety string output test
1926 - CPU/NP IO Mismatch (UFSO)
2755 - SP False AC peak detect interupt
1170 Jack low press on insp inhibit down motion

I have replaced the UPS itself with a new unit but still have periodic shutdowns from this issue. I have a manual but it appears to be from 2014. If anyone has an updated manual please message me! Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Unplug the USB cord from the ups and change O68 to 0 and WRT. For some reason its takes a few times for that parameter to change also.1732 fault

Forgot, it just monitors the ups.not important.

If they left the the job usb stick it has the manual also.the other faults could be related to the 2755. Remove the building ground lug and grind the paint off, also add additional ground to your iod card where the 110 come in, I think con16 maybe and slip another wire back to the ground din rail. Poor grounding with those cabinets.

Hey there, we are having a very similar issue with one of our elevators.
Getting faults:
1695: No UCA board communication
1732: Controller lost Comm with UCA
1673: UPS problem caused non emergen stop.

Can not find any information regarding these faults in the Endura MRL Product manual. Just skips right over them! We can reset this unit and the car will run for about a month and then this happens again. We are going to change the UPS today and possibly the UCA board if the problem persists but would love some extra help regarding the fix for this issue.

Tke rolled out an update for the uca board, but the update now requires the ups to be installed and connected otherwise it will go on run monitor, but in your current condition..if you unplug the usb to cat6 cable and change O68 to 0 it should bypass...takes a few tries though..

You can tell if it is not communicating by putting on inspection, and attempting to log into the Bucher menu, if it says not connected try resetting the uca card...

I'm having the same problems as above. When I inherited this elevator it has been worked on several times but nobody can keep it running. The UCA board has been replaced with a version F board. Is this the updates board? The UPS has also been replaced with one from Walmart the customer said. Is the correct UPS for this controller a specific one so it can communicate with the controller? The USB to Cat 5 cable is just laying in the controller. Where does the Cat5 end plug in? I can get this elevator to make 1 or 2 runs before it shuts down and doesn't take anymore calls. I have the manual but it's very vague on most of this. Anyone have any ideas? Don't roast me too hard. Thanks in advance.

Has anyone seen a standard Tac32H (non-MRL) throw these faults? It doesn’t shut down and uca cmd says it’s in sleep
