We still haven't had any luck with this issue and now have another job with the same issue. MCE has not been able to help so far. As per MCE advice, we have changed boards, defaulted parameters, checked the eligibility, ensured that the cables are properly shielded, etc. We are currently working with MCE software engineer to determine the cause.
