I have a 4 slot dover giving me fits- its a 3 stop and will stop at 2 whether or not the buttons pushed- It will also shut itself domn while sitting at 1st floor and usually wont come back online until I get on cartop and run it up- replaced intermediate board with no change- ant ideas out there?

I would start with my 1a and Ta relays.

Do the call lamps on the card glow dimly?
are they on strong? Have you checked the springs in the intermediate floor switches? Does the gate switch make up solidly before the door locks and the DCL break after the door locks? If the order of gate, then doors and then DCL is wrong, the car will run one floor, usually in the up direction after doors cycle

If lamps glow without a call, your grounding on the controller needs to be paralled

Also has anyone replaced button or PI bulbs with LED's?
3 and 4 slots don't like LED's.

Probably wouldn’t be a problem for PI bulbs but if you put them in a button make sure the call cancels every time. The call circuits need a load to reliably cancel the call.
