4-stop with LD06 operator. Door opens/closes all day long at each landing with no faults. During non-peak times regardless of what floor car is sitting at, the doors relax and start constantly opening and closing until it faults out on door watchdog. All mechanicals look good, have replaced door board & motor. Still keeps doing the same thing. Looking for ideas/suggestions on what to try. Thanks

When you say it relaxs, does it drift off the dcl, gate switch or hit a pickup roller? I'd sit on the cartop and put it on auto, let it shut then hold the belt closed so it doesn't relax and see what it does

There’s the arm with a roller on the end of it (don’t know the terminology). It hits a ramp when the door closes causing the closing vane on the clutch to retract. When the doors are closed is it on the bottom flat part of the ramp? If it’s still on the angled part that might be your problem. I e seen it multiple times before causing your issue. When the doors sits idle and looses holding voltage to doors that little bit of horizontal pressure will push the doors off the dcl. The doors will reopen and close again and then everything repeats eventually faulting out. Readjust the height and horizontal position of the ramp so the roller is on the flat bottom so all pressure is downward.

If all else fails, read the instructions
