I have a Garaventa Genesis that's running with doors open. Checked doors locks, saftey string, ext .even after opening lock circuit and opening saftey string, PLC still stating Saftey ok.Was told there is a service mode that bypass's locks through PLC. Anyone have any information on this or come across this issue?

Even if it was in service mode, it should not run with the hall or car stations in normal mode with doors open. You do have the prints? If you remove the safety input wire from the PLC, it still states safety ok?

How many stops/openings? Automatic doors ?? mechanical locks or power-locks??

2 stop ,side and front opening, mechanic doors with power locks.
