Insert a blank USB memory stick into the USB slot on the CPUA board and enter UDLS in IMS Smart Fast. It show backing up software & then backup complete which will save the generic and job file to the stick. You can then connect the USB stick to a laptop. When it opens, open the TKE folder. Right click and create an update folder. Open the backup folder, and then open the job folder. Right click on the Generic and job file and select Copy. Open the update folder, right click and paste. Insert the memory stick into the replacement CPUA board. Press & hold Reset, then press & hold UDL. Let go off Reset while continuing to press and hold UDL until the LED flashes slow, slow, fast, fast and release UDL. When the upload is complete the controller will reset. Be sure to be on inspection while doing this.
