Hello fellas. Sorry I haven't been back on for a while but apparently the site have ordered a new controller from us because they're sick of the problems they've had with it. I went back to site after 3 days and when I switched it back on it started running!! When I checked with another one of the engineers he said he noticed a capacitor on the board getting really hot and I suspect this is what was stopping the processor resetting when it gets isolated, but again I'm sure it's all down to the water in the pit.
