Hi all,

I am looking for prints for an home lift made by TKE LEV Volant. It's an PLC, machine mounted top of shaftway. AC drive and the door locks use ethernet cable end to machine room.
Any documents will help. Lift is in safety with job have zero documentation.

What do you mean when you say "Lift is in safety" The cable from the doorlocks and pusshbuttons are just cat 5 cables, no ethernet...Are you having a specific problem? Does the Hall button show a fault? Which input and which output lights are on on the PLC?

The in car displayed show "D", looks to have safety open. The home owner had contractor overload and car below bottom landing. Looking for prints on White PLC with Telemecanique AC drive. Bottom final probably open. Job has no prints or documents. Or any idea to get car out of finals.

'D' says the safety circuit is open. Input 0 on the PLC also will not have a light if Safety circuit is open.

Car below landing might be the slack cable switch or the safety operated switch activated. Manually open the brake and move the car with the emergency wheel

Where are you located?

Drum Machine mounted at top of shaftway with no access besides stack ladder from top floor. Question: print qiven shows COP board where slack cable wired then an traveler to MR plc. Do you have prints that show terminals in machine room that can be bypass to run car ?
