Hi there,
i have one unit otis gen2 acd2 mrl when power supply shut down, came back power supply. My door operator DO3000 die.
So i replaced new DO3000 door drive, done tuning, learn door. but there is something wrong with signal ST1 (open) and ST2 (close), as both of them led always maintain on.
Checked both signal came from RS14. Replaced new RS14. Same issue. Where could be the signal issue open and close came from?
Hope you guys can help me some information about this.
