So it turns on but then shuts itself off later? So when power goes out you have to re turn on?
Id check and replace batteries first if not then replace the ups.
Voltage testing the batteries is a bad test. You must load test the batteries. A car battery load tester is cheap and extremely effective for this. The carbon pile kind with the switch you press and hold after clipping on the battery with the analog voltmeter on the front
