We replaced the batteries with no change. The next thing we are going to try is to replace the stby2 relay and hope that fixes it.
The ups seems to work fine. Just when the power is returned to the controller due to a power outage or cycling of power the ups unit does not want to fire up. You have to manually turn the unit on.
