I have no idea what the issue was...after downloading the full manual for the drive, we were able to turn off the timing function of looking for the brake release. Drive quits faulting out and then able to see that the DRV relay was picking but not putting out the RC output. Relays are soldered in the board, and unable to tell where the 24 volts were being supplied for pin 3 of the DRV relay. Ordered a Drive Interface board, and still doing the same thing. So we traced down the original drive interface boards tracks and found the 24 volts are supplied from Con2 pin 1 of the drive interface board. Installed a surface mount relay in place of the soldered relay and re installed. Elevator is now running. WTF!
When we pulled off the new board the trace was open from the DRV relay pin 3 to the supplied voltage from Con2 pin 1. Right now we are running and do not know what the original issue was with RTR and not getting the voltage to pin 3. I am sure it will show back up.
