That's an old Cutler Hammer controller. I have never found a set for one, and CH tossed all their records in the 80s. But its basic logic, doors are in the safety string , limits are in the direction string. Floor relays tied into the selector. Tell your boss you need a few hours and you should be able to reverse engineer a schematic.
