Anybody have any info on a Symmetry programming tool? I have a neighborhood with a ton of these elevators in there, and I have heard you need this tool to reset certain faults. Anybody know if this is true. The “few” that I have worked on, I just troubleshot like an elevator and was able to return to service. I had prints and it’s just a Schneider PLC. Thanks in advance for any help!
