We put on MONXT-omni on a group of three 22 stop cars. Sometimes the door will not go into slowdown on the opening or closing and other times it works fine. It will do it at different floors at different times. All three have done this, we have received tech support and have changed parameters, and still no avail. GAl tech told us it is something to do with the mechanical on the doors, not their operator. Checked car gibs, rollers, our spirators are not tight, have been unable to find anything mechanical yet. On top of that is the issue, that sometimes at the same floor it opens and closes at the correct speeds, then other times it will not go into slow down.
Just checking to see if anyone else has had an issue like this with the GAL MONXT-OMNI, and if so were you able to resolve it.
