It actually turned out to be the motor, we did get a new drive and crazy that they sent us the Nexus drive to replace the existing. We didnt have the Nexus tool, nor were we expecting to have to get it. Ordered the new motor and everyone a Nexus drive tool.
Swapped motor and we are good to go
