There is 24VDC Present on the board, but the MAINs LED is off (all LEDs are off). The 2 fuses are good. The 3.3V and 5V don't have power so I am thinking there is an issue with the board / voltage regulators. This car was off for awhile (4 weeks) and the battery is dead and needs to be replaced. I wouldn't think this would prevent the board turning on - but then again I'm not overly familiar with the Kone infrastructure. I found "new" boards to try, but they produce the same condition. Anything else I'm missing or to check?
