Couple of options but at this point I’d be wiring in a RS station and button into the datalink in the MR.
Could also get an OMU and just copy the good car and upload to the problem car. Assuming you have an IO or parameter issue but there are so many to check. Best is as Tayto said go line by line vs job sheets or other car.
Swap running car E2 into the GECB from bad car. Not surprised IO board is fine, still sounds like a parameter or IO to me. it will be difficult to figure out without the IO sheets....
Post what the OCSS inputs are, that might shed some light for us.
Thank you both. So, I did in fact go through every single IO line by line (and even went to the other running car and did the same) everything is identical!!! I ended up getting a new GECB board from Unitec (but they didn’t program it). We installed the new GECB board and using OMU we copied the front car information and loaded on the rear problem car. If you have any OMU info you are willing to share, I would gladly message you my email because the info on OMU is hard to find.
I was able to "manually load" and backup onto my OMU.
this got the car running. When I put back in the old GECB board and tried to also "manual load" even after several attempts it would not respond to 2nd or 3rd floor HALL calls. Something is going on with that GECB board but the new board and the OMU worked. THANK YOU
